Faults

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your delivery. Customers are responsible for checking their items upon delivery for external packaging and within this time frame for all products.

To report an issue, please email our Customer Service team at shop@lovetocookbbq.co.uk providing:

  • Your full name
  • Date and poof of Purchase
  • Order confirmation number
  • Clear images showing the issue

If an item is missing from your order, please also contact us at shop@lovetocookbbq.co.uk so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Wherever possible we will attempt to fix the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, any items damaged in transport will be refunded or exchanged.

In the case of manufacturer defects, we will liaise with them to find a solution or offer a partial credit if that is more convenient. Please do not assemble or use the item until a resolution has been reached, as we may need to exchange it.


Warranty

All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Claims are processed at their discretion. If however you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@lovetocookbbq.co.uk and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf to manage the claim and keep you informed throughout the process.


30-Day Returns Policy

We accept returns for all items within 30 days of delivery. A full refund will be issued once the returned goods are received and confirmed to be:

  • Unused
  • In a resalable condition
  • Complete with the original packaging

The cost of return delivery will be the responsibility of the customer. If Love To Cook BBQ Shop arranges the return, an uplift fee will apply. This fee will be communicated in advance. Specially ordered items may also incur a returns charge.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 3-5 working days to appear in your account.

Clearance, Ex-Display, and Showroom Models

Items sold as clearance, ex-display, or showroom models are priced to reflect their reduced condition and may show signs of wear or tear. These items cannot be returned or refunded unless the fault reported relates to delivery damage or an issue beyond the stated condition at the time of sale.

Customers are advised to carefully inspect such items before purchase and take photos of their condition to ensure satisfaction. Responsibility for verifying the condition lies with the buyer.


Getting Your Order to You

We want to make getting your new BBQ as easy as possible! Here's how we handle deliveries and collections.

Delivery to your home We deliver to all homes in Great Britain. Please note that we are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.

  • Free Delivery: When your total is over £50, delivery is on us!
  • Standard Delivery: For orders under £50, there's a £4.95 charge. You can expect your delivery to arrive within 2-4 working days.
  • Next-Day Delivery: Need it sooner? For qualifying items, you can get next-day delivery for just £6.95. Just be sure to place your order by 1 PM, Monday-Friday. (Orders placed after 1 PM or on a weekend will be dispatched on the next working day for delivery the day after). Some of our larger items aren't eligible for this service, but we'll always let you know what's available at checkout.


For Large Pallet orders, we work with a delivery partner. These partners might deliver your item on a pallet and only offer curbside drop-off. If this is a concern, please just let us know before you order. We'll always contact you to arrange a delivery date and time that works for you, but please keep in mind that these dates can't be 100% guaranteed.

Prefer to pick up your order? You can collect 3 hours after placing your order (as long as it's in stock). We'll hold your order for up to 7 days.

Thursday - Saturday, collection is from Love to Cook BBQ Shop. Outside of our opening hours, collection is from the reception at Cooper Barnes Automotive (Unit 4, The Grip Industrial Estate). If your order is on backorder, we'll let you know as soon as it arrives.
