Angus & Oink Buffalo Soldier Wing Rub 200g

Buffalo Soldier gives you buffalo wing flavour without the sticky sauce. Butter powder brings that rich, buttery taste, chilli and paprika add the heat, and citric acid and lime give it the tangy edge you'd get from a classic hot sauce. Cumin, garlic, onion and oregano round it out.

How to use it

Coat your wings evenly and leave them for about 15 minutes before cooking, so the rub sticks. Then fry, air-fry, grill or smoke them. For more heat, add another layer of rub during cooking. It's also great on chicken thighs, popcorn chicken, fries and cauliflower bites.
