Angus & Oink Cluckin' Good Chicken Salt 250g

If you've ever had chips in Australia, you'll know the magic of chicken salt. Angus & Oink's Cluckin' Good is the real deal: a savoury, golden salt that makes everything taste moreish. Despite the name, there's no chicken in it, so it's 100% vegan. We use it all the time in the shop and at our BBQ classes, and it's one of our favourites.

How to use chicken salt

- Shake it over chips or fries straight out of the fryer, while they're still hot.

- Sprinkle it on wings or a roast chicken before it goes on the barbecue or in the oven.

- Toss roast potatoes, wedges or corn on the cob in it.

- Add a pinch to popcorn, eggs or burgers.

Remember it's a salt, not a seasoning, so a little goes a long way.
