Garlic & Herb is an Italian-inspired all-rounder, made to taste like lemony grilled seafood and fresh pizza from central and northern Italy. Garlic and onion lead the way, with oregano, basil, rosemary, sage, fennel and bay for a proper Mediterranean herb mix, and lemon, red pepper and tomato for brightness.

How to use it

Mix it with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon to marinate chicken, fish, prawns or veg before grilling or roasting. Sprinkle it over pizza, garlic bread, pasta or roast potatoes, or stir it into slow-cooked stews and sauces.
