Hot Honey Garlic gives you all the sweet heat of hot honey in a shaker, so there's no sticky drizzle. Coconut, golden caster and demerara sugars caramelise into a glossy bark, honey adds the sweetness, and garlic brings a bold, savoury punch. Chilli flakes, chipotle and smoked paprika finish it with smoky heat.

How to use it

Shake it generously over ribs, pork belly or chicken wings before smoking or grilling. It's also good on salmon, prawns, halloumi and roast veg. Because of the sugars, cook over indirect or medium heat so it caramelises rather than burns, or dust it over at the end as a finishing seasoning.
