Moo Tang is a steak and chop sauce with a sharp, tangy bite and a smooth, smoky finish. It's made for big cuts like T-bones and pork chops, but it's just as good on a Saturday night burger, ribs or chicken, and even in a bacon roll the morning after.

How to use it

Marinate your steak or chops in it for about an hour, then cook them over hot coals. In the last 10 minutes, brush on a generous coat so it caramelises into a sticky, glossy glaze. You can also use it straight from the bottle as a dip for chips and veg.
