How to use Pigasus Rub
- Pork: rub it over chops, ribs, belly or shoulder before grilling or smoking.
- Chicken: season thighs, wings or breasts before roasting, grilling or air frying.
- Everyday cooking: sprinkle it over chips, omelettes or scrambled eggs.
- Pair it with Son of a Peach. Angus & Oink use the two together in their pork skewers.
What's in it
Salt, Sugar, Paprika, Black Pepper, Celery Salt (CELERY), Chilli, Onion, Honey Powder, Garlic, Cumin, Turmeric, Natural Flavouring, Silicon Dioxide. Flavour enhancers: E621, E631.
Allergen: celery. Vegetarian and gluten free. Not vegan, as it contains honey.
Pigasus FAQ
Is it hot? Not very. The jalapeño cooks out to a warm background flavour rather than real heat.
Is it vegan? No. It contains honey powder, so it's vegetarian but not vegan.
What's it best on? Pork and chicken, but it's just as good on chips and eggs.
