How to use it
Shake it over hot fries straight from the fryer, or dust chicken before roasting, frying or air-frying. It's great on grilled prawns, corn on the cob and roast veg, and stirred into dirty rice, gumbo or stews. It's a seasoning salt rather than a heavy rub, so start with a light sprinkle, then taste and add more.

Is it hot? It's warm rather than hot. There's a little cayenne, but it's mostly smoky and peppery.
