How to use it
Mop it onto ribs, pork chops or chicken in the last stages of cooking so it turns into a sticky glaze. It's great brushed over prawns, salmon and grilled veg, and makes a lovely dip for wings and fries. You can also stir a spoonful into pulled pork.
