Gaucho

Gaucho is a sensational blend of high-quality black pepper, garlic, coriander, jalapeño, and other herbs, balanced with sea salt. It's best used as a seasoning for steaks on the grill, or you can mix it with a generous glug of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon to create a herbaceous Chimichurri dressing.
