This particular batch originates from Cask Number 801198, a retired vessel that last held the elegant, floral, and nutty spirit of the GLENELGIN Distillery, 2015 Vintage.

Upon opening the seal, you will be met with a singularly potent aroma—the unmistakable "angel’s share" lingering within the wood, ready to be reborn in your fire.

This gives you a flavour profile of intense whisky, perfect for elevating all meats, and with 250g you’re good to go for about 2-3 cooks depending on how strong you want the flavour and the smoke. It’s incredibly versatile and will easily suit charcoal or gas grills, or dedicated smokers.
