This here rub was inspired by those meaty, peppery, juicy steaks from the heart of Texas. It just plain begged to be made. We’ve got five different kinds of aromatic peppers, three salts, and two types of garlic all mixed up to take your taste buds on a flavour journey.
Now, to keep from charrin' up your meat, you'll wanna season it toward the end of your cook. That way, the heat from the steak will soak up all those flavours just right. Our best tip is to sprinkle some of this rub on your cuttin' board right before you slice the meat, and you'll get an extra BOOM of flavour!
